Description of Goods and Costs

I cannot guarantee an exact colour match against any photograph on the website. Your monitor or browser may reproduce the colours differently.

Goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not in stock I will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund you any money that has been paid by you.

Delivery costs are included in the price of the goods.

Payment

Payment for goods must be made prior to dispatch of your order.

Please visit the 'Help + Payment' section of this site for details. If there are problems with your payment through PayPal your goods will not be sent.

Delivery

Ordered goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Orders will not be sent to a P.O. Box. I will send goods by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.

I will do my best to deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been accepted and I shall aim to post your goods within 7 days of receipt and payment of your order. I will let you know if there is any unavoidable delay in delivery to you, however, goods should arrive with you within 30 days at the latest. Please email me if you are concerned.

Once your order has been delivered to you, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s).

Your Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so in writing by email or letter giving details of what you ordered (and delivery information where appropriate).

After the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to me at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified me that you are cancelling, I will refund your payment within 30 days, provided you return the goods to me in the same condition as they were dispatched to you.

You may not cancel if you have ordered personalised goods i.e. commissioned work. All commissioned goods must be agreed in writing before work can commence.

Warranty

You have statutory consumer rights. I will not be liable for damage sustained through fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident or negligence by you or any third party, or repairs made by you without my approval.

If the goods develop a defect, or you have any other complaint about the goods, please notify me in writing via email.

Data Protection

I will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. I will only use the information you give me for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
