Click on ‘Jo’s Shop’ and browse the different ranges by clicking on the images. Once you have found the range you are looking for, you can click on a specific product image and you will be taken to a new page with a description, the price and more photos of that item. Further details of the product range can be accessed through clicking on ‘special features’ in the central square on that particular range’s home page(s).
Please note that currently products can only be posted to UK destinations.
Buying through PayPal
Jo's Shop uses PayPal. An ‘add to cart ’ button in the top left hand corner of each product page will take you through the PayPal buying process. (Please note that the 'add to cart' button is removed from the product page when that particular item is in the process of being bought and paid for.)
If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay by credit card instead (see options on PayPal 'checkout' page). PayPal will not retain details regarding this type of payment.
Add to Shopping Cart
Once you have found the product you want, click on the ‘add to cart’ button to place it in your ‘cart’. On the ‘view cart’ page you can see the product(s) you have chosen. You can alter the quantity you have chosen by changing the ‘quantity’ number and clicking on ‘update’. (Please note that as my products are unique the quantity would be ‘1’. Requests for similar products can be made by commissioning new work from me). You can also remove the product you have chosen by clicking on the ‘remove’ box.
Reviewing your Payment
In this section of the PayPal site you will have the opportunity to 'add special instructions to the seller'. Here you may give an alternative delivery address if you are sending a gift.
Acceptance of Order
You will receive a PayPal email confirming that your transaction has taken place. I will email you to confirm the order you have made. I will also email you if, for some reason, I am unable to accept your order. I am not obliged to accept any order you submit. Orders are deemed accepted once your payment has been accepted and has been processed. I will then issue you with a confirmation of yourorder on that basis to the email address provided by you on the order form.

If you want to continue shopping to choose more products from Joanna Howarth then click ‘continue shopping’ and add them to your basket. When you have finished shopping click ‘confirm order’.
Payment Options
Once you have proceeded to ’checkout’ log into the payment area by giving me your name and email and then providing me with your delivery address and billing address (if different from delivery address e.g. in the case of sending gifts to others). Your email and telephone number will enable me to contact you as soon as possible should there be any problems or queries relating to your order.
Joanna Howarth will never pass on your details including your email address to any other third party.
Choosing your Method of Payment
Check your order details, updating the quantities and the delivery address, if necessary.
Currently I usually only accept online payments, however, should you prefer to pay by cheque please contact me by email. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared.
Please review your order and payment details and click on ‘submit’ to continue. Please now review your order and credit card details and if all is correct, click ‘confirm’ to finally submit your order. This will take you to the ‘order confirmation’ screen with your order number and you can log out of the PayPal online payment site and return to the Joanna Howarth on-line shop if desired.
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. You must, however, give written notice to me by hand, post or email giving details or the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you cancel after the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for returning the goods to me at your own cost. You must take responsibility for ensuring that the goods are not damaged in the meantimeor in transit.
Once you have notified me that you are cancelling your order, I will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, provided you return the goods in the same condition as they were dispatched to you. If you do not return the goods as required, I may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. If I have not yet refunded you I may deduct the cost of recovering the goods before refunding you the balance paid by you. You do not have the right to cancel your order for goods that are personalized i.e. commissioned.
